Menschen mit gutem Einkommen und einem top Scorewert in der Schufa haben heute die Möglichkeit, so günstig wie selten zuvor an Gelder heranzukommen, Menschen mit niedrigem Einkommen und schlechter Schufa bezahlen hingegen wesentlich mehr. Diese Entwicklung ist das Ergebnis eines Lernprozesses innerhalb der Banken, eines Lernprozesses, der durch die starken Kreditausfälle zu Beginn der Finanzkrise angestoßen wurde.

Zinsen für langfristige Kredite niedrig
Traditionell sind es vor allen Dingen die sehr langfristigen Kredite, die am stärksten von einer Zinssenkung der EZB (Europäische Zentralbank) profitieren. So ist es nicht weiter verwunderlich, dass die Baufinanzierungskonditionen heute fast auf dem historischen Tiefststand notieren.

Weiß man dies und bedenkt man zudem, dass Mieten im Gegensatz dazu teurer denn je sind, kann man zu dem Schluss kommen, dass man (sofern der Wunsch nach den eigenen vier Wänden besteht) die Gunst der Stunde nutzen sollte um eine Immobilie zu finanzieren.
